3L REPS - Kaylee + Genevieve

Kaylee Furber

Hello (again) everyone, my name is Kaylee Furber and I have been the class rep throughout 1L and 2L, and am so happy to return to this role, alongside Gen, for my final year at Robson!

Before coming to Robson Hall, I obtained my bachelor’s of science in Neuroscience at the University of Winnipeg. During my time in law school, I have been lucky to volunteer my time to various initiatives such as PBSC, the UMCLC, the spirit and clinical experience committees and I competed as an oralist in the Gale cup moot in Ottawa (also alongside Gen!).

Outside of school, you can find me reading fantasy books, seeking out new restaurants to try, and spending time outside. I also love animals and dream of owning a wiener dog in the near future (and a horse one day). I love the great community at Robson and am always open to chatting about absolutely anything, so please feel free to reach out anytime!

Genevieve Smith

Hi everyone, my name is Genevieve Smith, and I am in my third and final year of law school at Robson Hall. I am proud to be one of the 3L Class Reps for the 2023/24 academic year.

Prior to entering law school, I studied history at the University of British Columbia, and studied abroad at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. After law school I will be returning to Vancouver for my articles.

I am a proud Vancouverite who has loved living in Winnipeg for the past two years. I love reading, walking and watching reality tv. During my first year at Robson, I volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, and in my second year I competed as an oralist at the Gale Cup Moot Competition in Ottawa.

In my role as 3L Class Rep, myself and Kaylee will be the 3L Class’s voice in the MLSA, and we are here to help! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
