3L REPS - Quinn + Jordan
Quinn Thomas
Hi everyone, my name is Quinn Thomas, and I am in my third and final year of law school at Robson Hall. I am excited to be one of the 3L Class Reps for the 2024/25 academic year.
Before coming to Robson Hall, I studied criminology at the University of Manitoba. During my time in law school, I have been lucky to volunteer my time to various initiatives such as OUTLaws, the Black Law Students Association, the Banking Finance Law Review and the academic committee.
Outside of school, you can find me reading fantasy novels, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, or re-watching The Office. In my role as 3L Class Rep, Jordan and I will be the 3L Class’s voice in the MLSA, and we are here to help! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
Jordan Wagner
Jordan is thrilled to be one of the 3L class representatives for the 2024-2025 school year! During the first and second years of law school, he had the pleasure of working alongside an amazing group of people and being a part of groups such as the Robson Hall Intellectual Property and Technology Law Group and Pro Bono Students Canada. He is also an active member of the Business Law Group and the Robson Hall Curling Club.
Prior to law school, he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree at the University of Manitoba with a double major in Finance and Marketing. During his undergraduate degree, Jordan worked as a Swimming Instructor and Lifeguard with the City of Winnipeg.
During his first-year summer, Jordan enhanced his legal education by completing a month-long law course in Israel. He spent the rest of the summer working as a Research Assistant to Dr. Bryan Schwartz in the area of Artificial Intelligence law. During Jordan's second-year summer, he worked for Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP in Vancouver and will be completing his articles with the firm after graduation.
In his spare time, Jordan loves to try new restaurants and attend sporting events. He also enjoys travelling, working out at the gym, and honing his golf skills on the links.
Jordan looks forward to serving as one of the 3L class representatives alongside Quinn Thomas this upcoming school year. If you have any questions or need further information, Jordan encourages you to reach out to him and is happy to chat!
